- plan and monitor of the running production line in accordance with production and logistics

- set up and operate the machines and peripheral devices
调试和操作机器和附带设备
- plan the production mode; implementation of production tasks

- create production documents
建立相关生产文件
- be responsible for employee training

- evaluate and quick interfere under equipment malfunctions if needed
对设备故障进行快速有效评估和找到解决途径
- find out and solve the production problems independently

must criteria: 必要条件：
- complete education in major of plastic technology (according to chinese standards)
塑料工艺相关专业毕业（根据中国教育标准）
- over 5 years work experience in manufaturing industry
5年以上的生产行业工作经验
- english language skill in writing and speaking
英语书写及交谈能力良好
- be able to use various communication medias such as ms office; be familiar with auto cad software
熟练掌握多种办公软件，如ms office；熟悉cad制图软件
- experience in leading a team
团队管理经验

- work experience in automotive industry 汽车行业工作经验
- college degree is preferable 获得大学本科学位者优先
